Spa Etiquette

• All our guests are welcome to enjoy our pool facility – (bathing suit required).
• Arrival time is a minimum of 15min prior to your treatment.
• We will provide a locker, gown and slippers for your comfort and should be worn throughout your stay.
• Late arrivals will have their treatments times reduced accordingly so as to avoid delaying the next quest, but full price will apply.
• A booking cancellation fee of 50% will be charged on all reservations cancelled within 12hours or less of the appointment time.
